Toyota Hilux Prado Surf 1KZ-TE Complete Cylinder Head Early Models

Our complete cylinder head is designed to fit Surf, Hilux, and Prado models. It is a 1KZ-TE cylinder head that comes fully assembled and ready for installation. It includes a camshaft, eight valves, shim tappets, a VRS gasket set with a high-quality steel shim head gasket, rocker cover gasket, inlet and exhaust manifold gaskets, cylinder head bolts, and the necessary torque and sequence instructions.

It fits the models with 103.4mm valve length with the head of the valves .040 thou: below the head face. 

All cylinder heads are assembled in our Australian workshop. They are sold outright, so no exchange is necessary.

There are two different types of cylinder heads. It is crucial to select the appropriate cylinder head to prevent engine damage. If you need a replacement for a cylinder head that has not been removed and requires one that fits, you can purchase this 1KZ head with the valves positioned 1mm (.040 thou) below the surface. This option will be compatible with all vehicles.
